The group training with my trainees are completed.
Are we ready to go together to the adventure that these will be 2 1 / 2 months in villages in Mali? I think so. I think so. I hope so ... :)
One thing is certain, we've created a chemistry set real, palpable, which makes everyone more confident.
Microcosm joyful from which emerges a mutual respect, harmony and authenticity obvious unifying.
chemistry, that is where will all the success of this tour that will push the limits of doubt each member of the group. In my work with children, we always spoke of trust to create before you can do anything constructive. With my group, it's the same thing. And I think I succeeded to create it. Them with me, I with them, and them too. I am not solely responsible. Everyone has his own set, with a good dose of understanding, openness, consideration and humility. And the winner is to translate these attitudes in an intercultural context.
Seriously now that we tasted the full flavor of this fantastic group sauce Mali.
